Licensing

Gus Tonsay is licensed to sell insurance products in California, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Wyoming. I can only advise clients located in states where I hold an active license.

Product disclosures

Annuity guarantees are backed solely by the claims paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Annuities are long term products designed for retirement. Withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges and, if taken before age 59 and a half, an additional 10 percent federal tax penalty. Variable annuities involve investment risk including the possible loss of principal and are offered by prospectus only. Read the prospectus carefully before investing. Past performance does not predict future results, and no outcome is guaranteed.
